All garments are cleaned at Band Box’s own professional facilities in Bangalore—never outsourced to third-party plants.
Yes. Band Box handles all fabric types—from daily wear to delicate silk sarees. If you have any special instructions for your garments, our team will gladly follow them. If an item has pre-existing damage or stains, it will be returned uncleaned to prevent further damage.
Band Box uses industrial-grade equipment and professional stain-removal products. Most stains—food, oil, sweat, and ink—are removed successfully, though certain stubborn marks such as aged stains, fungal marks, or deeply set-in stains may be permanent.
Don’t worry—that’s our fabric experts' job. We inspect each garment and apply the appropriate specialized cleaning process. If you have any specific instructions or preferences, simply let us know during pickup.

Yes, we provide specialized invisible darning for tears, moth holes, and worn fabric, as well as essential minor tailoring (such as trouser hemming, length adjustments, waist fitting, seam repairs, and zipper/button replacements). Please note that we specialize in garment repairs and minor tailoring adjustments rather than full bespoke tailoring from scratch.
